"We had a great time at Cedar Point Farm. It was exactly what we had expected. The scenery was great and the walk along the river was outstanding. This was a perfect way to start the Holiday Season! "My friends and I used the farmhouse as a getaway for my 30th birthday weekend -- we had a fantastic time. The gas fireplace is lovely, the pile of blankets was cozy, and the hot tub was, well, hot and bubbly. The view from the hot tub is gorgeous and we were super close to the river. The house is cozy and comfortable and easily slept the folks we brought -- the beds and futons got rave reviews from everyone. The cell service is spotty -- which was perfect for a disconnected weekend getaway from D.C. We loved it and are already planning our next trip back. So peaceful and lovely."
